We start with a 30 minute consultation video call to find out where you are at currently, really dig into your goals and determine the route we will take to get you there.
I will then create an ongoing, adjustable and structed training plan to help you reach those specific goals.
Using my apps, this detailed program will also provide you with ongoing accountability and tracking progress.
In addition to custom workout programs, you have 24/7 accountability access, habit coaching and training progression tracking within your fitness app account as well!
Throughout your training plan, you will also have the option of adding in any video consultation calls or one-one-one training sessions to further progress your fitness!
