I can't imagine starting my mornings in any other way! The 5am classes are absolutely perfect! Anna always keeps us guessing, constantly changing things up so there's never a dull moment. By far, the BEST trainer!

Getting stronger and all because of Anna Neal! She takes the time to work with each of her clients so they get the full benefit of the class, correcting form, challenging us to do more and working with injuries. Anna is the best!!!!

2010, I topped the scale at 289 lbs. June 30, 2017 when I weighed in at 211 lbs. Is that where I want to be? No, but am I proud of that 211 lbs? Damn right I am! That's 78 lbs down! I’ve worked hard to get where I am and there’s no reason NOT to be proud of how far I’ve come. Every single step along the way has taught me something about myself. It has been hard, but I wouldn’t change a thing. 2013- the day I quit smoking. 2013, I started exercising by walking with a friend at lunch, followed by a couple years of hard work and a nice injury. Needless to say, I restarted my journey in 2014 when a friend convinced me to join fitness classes at the county gym (enter Anna Neal in my life). I was terrified. I was fat, out of shape, and had no idea what I was doing, but Anna was absolutely amazing. I can’t begin to tell you how awesome she was during this critical time for me. She believed in me before I even believed in myself and that’s something I will forever be grateful for! She continued to nudge me along and challenge me. This is my life and I love it! I’ll be completing my first half marathon November 11, 2017 and I’ve already signed up for my second half in March 2018. Proof that anyone can #beatthevoices if you just believe.
Thank you so much, Anna, for just being you.
