ABout Your Trainer
I am an ACSM Personal Trainer and the Ms. Health & Fitness 2017 International Winner.
Now a mommy of two beautiful children, re-learning to juggle work, exercise, eat healthy, and wear all the hats!
I am a very personable individual and loves the company of others! I want to help you find your balance as well and it starts with one day at a time.
With so many changes happening in the world currently, training is not what it used to be.
My goal is to offer a training program that is as close to in-person as possible. It will be like I am right there with you during each of our workouts!
