Workout Anywhere

Workout at the gym, outside, or in your living room, these workouts can be done anywhere!

Bodyweight workouts that can be altered for any fitness level!

The exercises can be done using only your body weight, but I will show you how you can incorporate resistance bands, weights and much more!

ABout Your Trainer

I am an ACSM Personal Trainer and the Ms. Health & Fitness 2017 International Winner.

 Now a mommy of two beautiful children, re-learning to juggle work, exercise, eat healthy, and wear all the hats! 

 

I am a very personable individual and loves the company of others!   I want to help you find your balance as well and it starts with one day at a time.

With so many changes happening in the world currently, training is not what it used to be.  

My goal is to offer a training program that is as close to in-person as possible.  It will be like I am right there with you during each of our workouts!

During the live sessions, you will have the ability to ask questions via chat. 

Since answering the questions in chat during our workout, really wouldn't pan out to being a workout, I will answer all of your questions each week.

  I will be live in the Facebook group where I will answer the questions that were asked during live sessions along with any thing that may pop into your head and want answered!
